  • 1-2 kilos goat, mutton or a small shoulder of lamb

  • West indian curry powder

  • Salt

  • Onion

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 1 or 2 potatoes

  • Tomatoe puree

  • Thyme

  • Pepper

  • Scotch bonnet or chilli
