INGREDIENTS

  • Flour tortillas, how many depends on the size of the dish

  • 500g minced beef

  • 1 largish red onion

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 300g tin of kidney beans

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 fresh green chilli

  • Chilli flakes

  • Tablespoon of tomato purée

  • 2 chunks of dark chocolate (optional)

  • Sour cream or creme fraiche to serve
