You'll need to buy the ingredients and bring them along to your class.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of rice of your choice

  • 1 red onion sliced

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced, colour of your choice

  • 1 medium size carrot, finely chopped

  • 1 stick of celery, sliced

  • 1/2 clove of garlic, finely chopped

  • Any other veg of your choice, i.e. sweet corn, mushrooms, broccoli, peas etc

  • 1 stock cube, veggie or chicken

  • Dried herbs 'de Provence

  • Salt 'n pepper
